Is my information secure?
Before visiting MyHumana for the first time, you need to register. When you register, you’ll choose a User ID and Password to log on to the site. Your User ID and Password protect the privacy of your information. To keep your MyHumana page private and secure, don’t share your User ID and Password with anyone.

After I register, what happens if I forget my User ID or Password?
You need your User ID and Password to log on to MyHumana. If you don’t remember your User ID or Password, click on the “Forgot User ID/Password?” link on our homepage (www.humana.com).

What if I don't want my information available on the web?
You can request that your information be “blocked” from our Website. If you block your information from Humana’s Websites, your health care providers won’t be able to look up your eligibility or submit claims.
